This week in ShoreIndie: June 12-18

It's Week 1 of the Editing Round, and we have nearly a full week of events planned, including the Round 1 Showcase, an AskAuthor chat, a mini-workshop, and three giveaways! See below for details, and don't hesitate to contact us on Twitter @ShoreIndie with questions.

Please note: While the majority of our giveaways are open to the entire ShoreIndie community, some of this week's giveaways are only open to authors who submitted to the contest. All authors are always welcome to the AskAuthor chats and writing workshops. Giveaway winners will be announced on Twitter the day after the giveaway ends.

Monday, June 12 - No event scheduled
Time for the Round 1 winners to get their materials to their editors and for the rest of us to take a little breather after all the excitement of announcements!

Tuesday, June 13 to Saturday, June 17 -  Round 1 Showcase
This week we'll be posting each of the Round 1 Winners' original, unedited blurb and first five pages so you can see what caught the editors' attention. These posts will also provide a basis for comparison when we post the new, edited versions during the first week of the Judging Round! Posts will be published at 6am and 6pm ET Tuesday through Saturday.
